The Paonia Tree Board is an advisory group that provides information about trees and tree care in Paonia. We also organize Tree City USA, Arbor Day plantings, local entries to the Colorado Tree Coalition Poster Contest, tabling with Master Gardeners at festivals and events, and Sick Tree Day.
Members include a certified arborist, orchardist, tree farmer, landscape architect, master gardener, extension service diagnostic clinic volunteer, and elder community representative.
